We think breakfast on holiday should be a treat. With fantastic food producers and fine ingredients on our doorstep here in Snowdonia, we aim to ensure our breakfast menu is sourced as locally as possible.
The "full Welsh" features free range eggs and sausages from an award-winning family farm in Arthog. Our bacon is specially cured by Roberts, the friendly butchers in Dolgellau which has been feeding local people for generations. John makes our bread, and the jams and tasty veggie sausages are made by the local WI or friends and family. You can choose pancakes with either fruit or crispy free range bacon and our "Welsh continental" features a fruity granola sundae, croissant and Welsh cheddar matured in Llechwedd slate caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog. Our delicious smoked salmon is provided by Rhydlewis Smokery in Ceridigion. We serve fine and fruity apple juice grown organically on an Anglesey family farm.
